  • Error report 24/7/365 by phone, e-mail or sms.
  • Response time 24/7/365: 2 hours.
  • Daily visual inspection of your equipment placed with us, report via email.

Service agreement, Silver – 1595 kr/month

  • Error report 24/7/365 by e-mail, phone only during office hours.
  • Response time office hours: 4 hours.
  • Other hours: troubleshooting starts the next work day.
  • Daily visual inspection of your equipment placed with us.

Service agreement, Brons – (Included in all services) 0 kr/month

  • Error report 24/7/365 by e-mail, phone only during office hours.
  • Response time office hours: 8 hours.
  • Other hours: troubleshooting starts the next work day.
